- Apply your toothpaste > choose your mode > place the toothbrush in your mouth >then start the mode by pressing the silver button.
- For Mola Sonic+ Toothbrush, you only need to glide it instead of brushing up and down like a manual toothbrush.
- If it is harder to reach the back of your mouth, you can try to close your teeth to reach further back.
- Do toggle and play around with the custom mode! Example for my sensitive teeth at the bottom left quad, I tried these settings:
●30 seconds – clean mode, speed 3
●30 seconds – sensitive mode, speed 1
●30 seconds – clean mode, speed 3
●optional: 20 seconds – deep clean mode, speed 2 to brush your tongue!
