I have been an iPhone fan and am using it since iPhone 4 version! It’s one of the most used gadgets for me and you’ll always find it in my hand. It’s not that I didn’t try other phones of different brands but I always came back to using iPhone. Who else agrees with the fact that when you hold an iPhone in your hands, you feel like the King / Queen of the world? Jokes apart, iPhone has been a symbol of beauty, class and quality world over.
When I got myself iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max – I have kids who are mobile phone users and husband who’s not too picky about phone brand – so yes, we all ended up using both the phones quite extensively and that’s why after a thorough use, I am writing this post.
I’ll use some technical jargon but mostly my review will include user experiences and layman opinions.
Appearance, Design and Display
One word – beautiful! When I unboxed my iPhones, I was looking and admiring their look and feel for quite some time. The design of both phones is sleek and elegant, and the display quality is exceptional. The vivid colors and high brightness make for an immersive viewing experience.
The highlight of new iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max is an aerospace‑grade titanium build that is crafted with the very same alloy utilized in spacecraft missions to Mars. This groundbreaking material choice not only ensures exceptional durability and forward thinking in iPhone design and engineering.
The latest iPhone boasts new contoured edges and the thinnest borders, ensuring a more comfortable grip in hand. Definitely a cool enhancement according to my experience. Both the models are tough and splash, water and dust resistant.
When it comes to display, the phones have advanced Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion. It ramps up refresh rates to 120Hz. Well, these are technical terms but in simple words, with iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, watching videos, playing games or indulging on social media is absolutely smooth and pleasurable for eyes, mind and hands.
Performance
The performance of the iPhone15 Pro and Pro Max is truly outstanding. A17 Pro chip delivers impressive speed and efficiency, handling multitasking and graphic-intensive apps seamlessly.

Camera
Though I never had no other complaints about all the earlier versions of iPhone, I was always of the opinion that camera is one area where they need huge improvement. This time, I am super happy with iPhone camera.
As a creator, I need to take decent pics for the brand campaigns and honestly, it’s too cumbersome to carry dedicated cameras and lens etc. So the new iPhone has solved that issue! It’s one gadget that I can take for shoots and work and everywhere else.
The camera quality is remarkable, capturing stunning photos with accurate colors and great detail. The low-light performance is particularly impressive.
Both models are power-packed with 48MP Main: 24mm, ƒ/1.78 aperture, second‑generation sensor‑shift optical image stabilisation, 100% Focus Pixels, support for super‑high‑resolution photos (24MP and 48MP). They also boast of 12MP Ultra Wide camera. For iPhone 15 Pro, 3x optical zoom in is available and iPhone 15 Pro Max is equipped with 5x optical zoom.

Battery Life
Battery life of iPhone was never an issue and for iPhone 15 phones of mine, the battery life of both models is simply commendable, easily lasting a full day with heavy usage. The fast charging feature is incredibly convenient.
I can leave home early in the morning for office, after office go for media events and then come back home late while whole-day-using of iPhone for work, calls, meetings, taking pics and videos, messages, watching series and movies while communting and when I reach home, the battery is still at least 40%!!!
New cool features
Action Button
The all-new Action button is my new favorite feature. Once you set the one you want, just press and hold to launch the action.
USB-C Connector comes to iPhone
Now I can use the same USB‑C connector to charge my iPhone eco-system of iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, Mac and iPad. No more cable clutter! This is super welcome feature.
Dynamic Island
Dynamic Island bubbles up alerts and Live Activities — so you don’t miss them while you’re doing something else. You can control your music, see who’s calling, check your flight status and so much more.
Which color to choose?
The new iPhone Pro and Pro Max comes in 4 colors – Black Titanium, White Titanium, Blue Titanium, Natural Titanium. Well, all colors are beautiful.
While I opted for white titanium for my iPhone 15 Pro, I was in two minds whether to go for blue titanium or natural titanium. Finally chose natural titanium color for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and totally love the color choices that I made.
Which model to choose?
From the user perspective, I find the tech specs are mostly very similar for both the models. The main difference is the size. While iPhone 15 Pro Max comes with 6.7″ Super Retina XDR display, iPhone 15 Pro has 6.1″ Super Retina XDR display.

Designed for a positive impact
Apple is committed to more recycled materials that minimise environmental impact. The internal structural frame of iPhone 15 Pro has 100% recycled aluminium. As an advocate of sustainable living, I find this feature extremely reassuring.
Overall Experience
The iPhone15 Pro and Pro Max have proven to be reliable, high-performing devices with excellent camera capabilities and a long-lasting battery. The seamless integration of hardware and software further elevates the user experience. While the devices come with a premium price tag, the overall performance justifies the investment.
