SmokeHse by Esseplore is famous for its Kansas City-style BBQ and many of you must have relished their delights before. Honestly, as a vegetarian/vegan, I haven’t been to this place because there’s nothing I could eat. It’s heartening to see plant-based menu makes its way to SmokeHse by Esseplore and with a bang!

They have launched a plant-based menu for more inclusive flavours and offerings. This menu is lovingly curated alongside The Vegetarian Butcher to respect the authenticity of SmokeHse as a grill house.
- TVB Chicken Salad – It’s a crisp and refreshing salad with chunks of TVB Chicken. Tastes so delightful.
- TVB Chicken and Potato Salad – creamy and indulgent! This salad consists of potatoes and TVB Chicken that’s tossed in a Japanese mayonnaise.
- TVB Chicken Corn Soup – Personally I loved it! Creamy, tasty, satisfying
- TVB Beef Bean Stew – If you generally like stews then you will like this a rich, flavorful and velvety concoction of TVB Meatball.
- TVB Chicken Burger and TVB Beef Burger – Which side you will be on? I liked TVB Chicken Burger and my husband super-loved its Beef counterpart. Both burgers are lovingly stacked with TVB Chicken or TVB Beef, tomato, lettuce, pickled gherkin, onion and dressed in barbecue sauce.
Our Review
Definitely a must-try! What we liked is the fact that they have made the menu colorful and packed with a variety of tastes and textures. Of course, healthier choice it is with all the veggies and meatless stuff. Best part – you can go for this wholesome menu as a vegetarian / vegan / flexitarian. Go try!
