I found it so amazing when the kids were focusing on their Kitchen creations and were completely engaged. Here is what my girl made – Healthy Pasta with Brocolli with a slice of cheese and steamed carrot. Whoa, looks straight from the fine dining restaurant. ♥
While the girl was busy with her own fine dining creation, the boy was frying bread on the stove. When I asked him why he chose red color for the bread, he replied that bread can be of any color. Red is his fav color so bread is red! LOL, kids and their logic.

Vera loves Play-Doh too! But her baby Brother loves to sink his fingers in them, and might attempt to eat, so we can only play at selected times. It’s been fun, and we’ve been “whipping up” yummy dishes with my little Master Chef too :p
Ah Play-Doh, so timeless and engaging for the kids. You can’t go wrong with them! They provide hours of good creative fun!
What I like best about Playdoh is that it allows the kids to “go crazy” with their creativity, while developing those fine motor skills that are so important for many functions.
My kids are making a mess with their Playdoh Kitchen set as I’m typing this. Whatever keeps them happy for hours is good ‘toys’ in my book! 😀
These days, kids are spoilt for choices! Play-doh is really a good education toy to have. It helps to improve fine motoring skills, unleash creativity and of course sensory matter for some kids.
Playdoh is my kid’s favourite “toy” and I’m so bummed I missed this activity at Parkway Parade!! 🙁 Any tips on how you separate the Playdoh after playing? Mine always gets jumbled together and before you know it, I have many bottles of Brown doh. ><

Same here…My boy keeps saying he likes “Rainbow” playdoh and keeps mixing. So I try to insist that they don’t mix as much as they can.
My kids love playdoh a lot too! It does help a lot in their creativeness and motor skills especially. Definitely not only for girls!
