He has done a lot of remarkable work in Pakistani music industry as well..His ghazals and sufi songs like saanso ki maala pe, saanu ik pal chain naa aave, aaj jaane ki zid naa karo are also very famous. He has re-rendered some beautiful songs sung by his uncle Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
