Boo! Halloween in Legoland Malaysia Resort – Brick or Treat?

Say Hello to Halloween 2016 🙂 It’s right around the corner and everywhere kids, adults, girls, boys all are making plans to celebrate Halloween in the most fang-tastic way.

We celebrated already and how!! This time not in Singapore but still very near…in Kids’ most favorite place in Malaysia – Yeah, you guessed it right. Of course, in Legoland Malaysia Resort.

Legoland Malaysia is always always the to-go destination for my daughter. She had been there and always ready to go any time. Little Man though never got an opportunity to visit Legoland Malaysia and always made sad face whenever his Sis started bragging about the fun she had in Legoland.

So we lapped up the media invite to visit Brick-Or-Treat Halloween Funtainment and off we went to Legoland. Frankly speaking, when it comes to Halloween, we always prefer kids-friendly Halloween gatherings. It should be a bit spooky, a bit creepy and should be lots and lots of merrymaking! I must say Halloween in Legoland Malaysia was all this and much much more. Read on to find out what happened there and do note that the spooktacular fun will be on till 31st October 2016. So go once and go twice because once might not be enough. Boo!

What’s lined up? Highlights

  • Lord Vampyre is throwing a bigger, better party this year so come join him for the ultimate family Halloween Party night. There will be a whole new spooktacular fun along with Halloween-themed activities lined up from September 16 to October 31, 2016.

  • For Brick-or-Treat this year Legoland Malaysia has 10 pop-up huts with awesome goodies sponsored by local favourites such as MILO, Staedler, Julie’s, Haribo, Ribena, Canon and many more.

  • LEGO® Kingdom will be dressed up in the most spook-tastic décor with large lighted pumpkins, cute supersized spiders and cob webs, bats, and scarecrows to scare and delight Halloween lovers. The park hours will be extended to 8.30pm on Brick-or-Treat Party Nights (Fridays and Saturdays). For the entire ‘Party Night’ period any kid who turns up in a costume gets to enter for free so you better dress to impress Lord Vampyre!

  • Other than Brick-or-Treat trail at LEGO Kingdom, there is a terror-rific interactive Halloween Show with LEGO Frankenstein and Witch. Also at LEGO® Kingdom, there will be classes on making your very own Magic Cupcakes and Potion Drinks to bind your friends in spooky spells. Then run along to Miniland where the Zombies and Ghouls will be having a story telling session.

  • Monster March will greet you at the start of the Halloween hours signalling the beginning of the Party and bid you farewell with a thrilling dance at the end of the day, both happening at The Beginning.

Our Spooktacular and Fang-tastic Witchy Witchy Terror Fun at Legoland Malaysia’s Halloween 2016

We boarded WTS bus and after immigration landed in Legoland Malaysia. Checked in into the Legoland Hotel’s Pirate-themed Room. I need to do separate post for the hotel because it’s too cool and too good. ♥

We chilled out a bit in the hotel room, ate our lunch in the Market Restaurant and enjoyed a few rides. Again this deserves a separate post. ♥

Time to get ready…Halloween Costumes out, Make-up done and Oh no, who were these creepy kids sitting in our hotel room?

Okay, if kids were like this then parents had to be like this also!

All set to venture out in the Zombie-land…

Oh! So spook-citing the whole Legoland looks this Halloween…Every little corner is in the celebration mode!

Look at those pastries and other food – so creatively designed, so true to the theme…

Top officials of Legoland Malaysia Resort welcomed media to the terror-fic Halloween celebration

and then began…Monster Catcher Mayhem

Did these daring little kids manage to capture Lord Vampyre, Green Witch and Frankenstein?

So much fun was on and wait!! OMG, what’s that? Zombie attack…

No one can stop this Spooky Monster Parade.

After the dance medley, Zombies and Ghouls went to their respective huts. We did follow them and dared to enter their huts because that is how Brick-or-Treat Trail works. ♥

Shhhh, follow us! It works…Dare and Win treats from them!

Who looks scarier? They or We? My kids said that I look scarier..LOL!

Lord Vampyre’s Ballroom Maze

We stepped into the spectacular maze inside Lord Vampyre’s Castle and Counted the creepy crawlies…

Our loot at the end of Brick-or-Trick trail

10 huts, 10 goodies, 2 happy kids ♥

  4. Glad your kids love and enjoy their time in Legoland Malaysia! To be honest, you look scarier! Hahaha… I guess that’s a compliment given that you’ve put in so much effort in your make up ya~

  5. Halloween is not really this big in the UK although it is becoming more celebrated. We love Legoland in Windsor, this looks just as fun, love that there are so many pumpkins. Your kids look fabulous too, love that they eye makeup.

  6. You guys are so sporting!!
But actually the halloween realy looks kinda spooky. I’ve heard so many good things about legoland but I have yet to go!

  7. Wow! I just read a post about foodie destinations in Malaysia and now this! I love Halloween! If it’s that fun in Legoland, I’d definitely plan to bring my kids there and we could wear costumes like your family did!

  8. Call me a killjoy, but I do not really enjoy Halloween events. I had been to Universal Studios in LA for Halloween, it was fun (since I was with my high school classmates) but I do not think I want to do it again.

  9. I’ve always wanted to have a Halloween experience in Malaysia when I was younger! Wish I can join this :p

P.S.: I have followed you on Google+ …hope you can return the favour too 🙂 Thanks!

  10. Mommy has to be scarier… hahaha… especially when mommy is angry… LOL… but it was a great event and our kids had the time of their lives and we are all happy…. and it was great finally meeting you there…. hugs
