Apple’s Swift Student Challenge Applications are now live! Hurry!

Apple’s Swift Student Challenge has given thousands of students around the world the opportunity to showcase their creativity and build real-world skills to take into their careers and beyond. Since 2020, students participating in the challenge have joined a worldwide community of developers using Swift — the same programming language used by professionals — to create the next wave of groundbreaking apps.

We have been attending the showcase of this challenge for last few years and it’s always been an eye opener to see the creativity of coders.

Everyone Can Code projects

Interest among students who wish to learn coding and app development is widespread, and these skills are seen as highly desirable.

Everyone Can Code resources to support educators in bringing app design and development to students.

To support teaching Swift Playgrounds for educators, there are four new Everyone Can Code Projects that provide step-by-step resources to guide students in developing essential skills while creating apps that solve problems they care about.

If you are an educator, do explore this and if you are a student, please work with your educators to leverage the same.

New category: Distinguished winners

It’s even more exciting and rewarding this year!

Out of total 350 winners, Apple will recognise 50 Distinguished Winners for their outstanding submissions and invite them to Apple in Cupertino for an extraordinary experience. All Challenge winners will receive one year of membership in the Apple Developer Program, a complimentary voucher to take an App Development with Swift certification exam, and a special gift from Apple.
