A Pop-Up Dining Experience At Hilton Singapore Orchard Ahead of Opening

Ahead of its opening on 1 March 2022, Hilton Singapore Orchard will present a two-day pop-up dining event on 21 and 22 January 2022 as an exclusive preview to its two yet-to-open restaurant concepts. Diners can look forward to experiencing a curated menu inspired by the rich history, spices and produce from the early plantation years of Orchard Road, and handpicked specialties from Estate, a modern all-day dining buffet restaurant, and Ginger Lily, an elegant botanical-inspired lounge and bar.

The pop-up event will take over the current premise of “Eat At My Kitchen” at Dempsey Hill, with Hilton Singapore Orchard’s Director of Culinary, Vijayakant Shanmugam and Executive Pastry Chef, Cindy Khoo at the helm of the kitchen.

Time: 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Lunch), 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Dinner)

  • Explore and pose with all the cute zodiac animals that are located around Jewel,and find out what fortune lies ahead in the lunar new year. These adorable zodiac animal displays will be available till 15 February.
