Year is almost coming to an end! It’s a joyous time to bid goodbye 2021 and look forward to 2022 with love, light and hopes. Mount Faber Peak is just the perfect place to end 2021 in style. We visited Arbora Hilltop Garden and Bistro to try their Christmas menu. Definitely an awesome choice where all in the family can bond over great food, beautiful views and friendly service.

Though we could have reached via car / taxi, we chose the option to take the Cable Car and strongly recommend you to do the same too. After all, soaking in the beautiful sea view of Sentosa is always so amazing.
How to reach Arbora?
Take Exit B towards HarbourFront Centre. Cross the link bridge at level 2 (beside KFC) to get to Singapore Cable Car at HarbourFront Tower 2. Board the cable car at HarbourFront Tower 2 from the HarbourFront Cable Car Station. Take the cable car to Mount Faber Cable Car Station. Arbora is located within a short distance after you alight.

Good food is good mood. Especially, during Christmas and New Year period, we all should grab every opportunity to have yummy dishes. Arbora Hilltop Garden and Bistro truly satisfies our cravings and offers a variety of culinary delights.
Their Festive Set Menus are not to be missed. They are available till 3 January 2022. There are three options you can choose from:
Four-course Festive Set Menu
This is all-time favorite classic menu of all that offers diners four tantalising dishes, including a choice of mains between the Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak with assorted mushrooms, mashed potato and port wine jus; Oven-Roasted Half Paprika Chicken served with roasted potatoes and garden vegetables; or Char-Grilled Red Snapper with tobiko, Shimeji mushrooms, sweet tomatoes and chilli confit coulis.
The meal concludes with an Artisan Dessert featuring Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in the flavour of the week.
Family Festive Combo
In this combo, you get to enjoy a choice of two adult mains, a kid’s main and choice of one side or dessert. While the adults choose from an array of holiday specials like the Cranberry Aioli Pan-Seared Salmon and Spaghetti Carbonara with Turkey Ham & Smoked Bacon, kids can enjoy any selection from the Kids’ Main section.
Arbora’s dessert choices deserve special mention and you can choose from Arbora’s Dessert Jars or an Artisan Dessert featuring Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in the flavour of the week. Like surprises? Then you have the option to enjoy a Flower Pot Surprise dessert.

The kids can also soak up the festive spirit and enjoy favourites like the Spaghetti Bolognese served with minced beef and tomato sauce, or the crunchy Fish & Chips with fries, garden salad and tartar sauce. Kids will also be treated to the Cookies and Cream Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream served with a pastry, raspberry coulis and wild berries.
Indulge in sweet festive treats to celebrate the yuletide season and order the Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in the flavor of the week and enjoy a beautifully plated treat served with a choice of coffee or tea.
New Year Specials
Say Goodbye 2021 and Welcome 2022 at Arbora with New Year’s Eve Set Menu and Platters that is available only on 31 December 2021.
Diners can look forward to the four-course New Year’s Eve Set Dinner. For mains, choose between the Shallow Fried Pork Cordon Bleu, Char-Grilled Whole Spiny Lobster, and the Grilled Red Snapper. Diners can then finish their meals with the sweet Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Almond ice cream for dessert.
You can also choose from two shared platters – Platter A which is good enough for two to three pax or Platter B for three to five pax. It features highlights like the Chilli Crab Dip & Mantou, Truffle Fries, Half-Roasted Chicken, and
Breaded Prawns. Similarly, a Beverage Package is also available that features a bottle of NonAlcoholic Grape Juice and six bottles of Heineken Zero.
